CONTRIBUTE TO THE PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF OVER 500 FAMILIES

HOW WE ACT

Banco da Providência's focus is on the social inclusion of young people, adults and families living in extreme poverty in the city of Rio de Janeiro, through Training for Work and Income Generation. As a way of expanding and multiplying the impact of our activities in other regions of the country, in 2021 we launched the (Re)conquista Project to train other social organizations in our 3 Phases methodology, so that they implement income generation programs with effective results.

The Banco Providência Program transformed my life in such a way, I felt more motivated, I felt more strength, more will to live, desire to return to the job market, to have my own business. Each trip to the course was a day when I wanted to grow, to change my life. I learned to make cakes, pies, breads and snacks and every day I put it into practice. I set up my delivery at home and opened a little shop. My income has increased and I want to increase it even more.''
